Saints Become First Team to Go 8-0 After Starting 0-2

Starting from this week onward, the New Orleans Saints are the first team to go 8-0 after starting 0-2 . . . pretty impressive.

While that may not sound as impressive as you may think, keep in mind that they lost TWO games at the beginning of the season. That means they were with the Browns at the bottom of the barrel, or even LOWER. So, put in these words, you can probably vision the attitude these Saints players had during these first two weeks.

The Saints lost in Week 1 to the Minnesota Vikings and in Week 2, they lost to the Super Bowl champs, The New England Patriots. Even though these teams are pretty good, that's enough to ruin the attitudes of these players, and the FANS. Nonetheless, after getting that first win to the Carolina Panthers (which were already a pretty hard team), the Saints were on a roll. Of course, it probably got easier to get more wins as they progressed because that momentum is slowly building incrementally, but the attitude swing is just phenomenal. They went from a potential losing record team (like last year) to a potential playoff candidate. Pretty neat stuff coming out of New Orleans.
