So, there you have it, all Week Nine matchups. We've got two really exciting games: the one with the Rams and Eagles. Both teams scored 51 points against some decent teams -- the Eagles with the harder one. In the end, we've got upsets all around. Dallas manages to beat the Chiefs and the Redskins pull of win in SEATTLE. Pretty amazing. You'll see them move up the rankings A LOT, even more considering Washington beat the RAMS. By the way, we've got a lot of teams on bye: the Bears, Browns, Chargers, Vikings, Patriots, and Steelers. So, without further ado, let's declare our Week Nine MVP . . .
Jared Goff, QB, Los Angeles Rams.
Goff did AMAZING against the Giants . . . even though New York isn't as great as they were last year. Goff threw FOUR touchdowns, TWO of them to his go-to guy, Robert Woods. Todd Gurley also got in the run game with 59 rushing yards and TWO touchdowns. It's nice to see how Goff and Rams Head Coach Sean McVay integrate the run and pass game together, and we've got some information suggesting Goff is mostly behind it. Speaking of Goff, he threw for 311 passing yards, including a BOMB to Robert Woods. So much for OVERKILL.
