Any NFL fan always knows to circle Week Ten on their calendars because at this point of the season, teams have to decide whether to make that playoff run or ruin the chances for others. A 5-8 or 6-7 record means that a team's season is -- more often than not -- decided. But right now, we're seeing some teams already making those decisions as we're smack dab in the middle of November. With that said, let's see the Week Ten power rankings.

st Rank: Philadelphia Eagles (--)

nd Rank: Los Angeles Rams (--)

rd Rank: New England Patriots (+1)

th Rank: New Orleans Saints (+1)

th Rank: Pittsburgh Steelers (-2)

th Rank: Minnesota Vikings (+2)

th Rank: Jacksonville Jaguars (-1)

th Rank: Seattle Seahawks (+2)

As we discuss the top eight in the rankings, we see two teams buried in their seats. The Eagles were on bye, but the Rams destroyed the Texans. The Patriots beat Denver, Saints with a THREE touchdown Ingram back, Steelers win against the Colts but not a good one for them, the Vikings win, the Jaguars win against the Chargers in a game that was TOO close for them to move up, and the Seahawks end the eight with a victory against Arizona. Let's head down to the next eight in the rankings.

th Rank: Kansas City Chiefs (--)

th Rank: Carolina Panthers (+1)

th Rank: Atlanta Falcons (+3)

th Rank: Detroit Lions (+4)

th Rank: Dallas Cowboys (-6)

th Rank: Washington Redskins (-2)

th Rank: Tennessee Titans (+5)

th Rank: Houston Texans (-3)

Let's start with the 9th through 16th ranks. The Chiefs were on bye this week, the Panthers take a Monday night win against the Dolphins, the Falcons beat the Cowboys by sacking Dak Prescott SIX times, the Lions beat the Browns, the Redskins lose one to the Vikings, but we didn't move them TOO down, the Titans beat the Bengals to move up, and the Houston Texans finish the next eight at 16th with a loss to the Rams. We left Dallas to talk about at the end, because the performance they had is what you're gonna get when offensive lineman Tyron Smith is out. Let's move on.

th Rank: Baltimore Ravens (--)

th Rank: Oakland Raiders (--)

th Rank: Buffalo Bills (-4)

th Rank: Green Bay Packers (+2)

st Rank: Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+8)

nd Rank: New York Jets (-1)

rd Rank: Indianapolis Colts (-5)

th Rank: Los Angeles Chargers (-5)

Let's discuss the 17th through 24th ranks. The Ravens and the Raiders were on bye this week. The Bills lose horribly to the Saints, the Packers take their first win since Aaron Rodgers was injured, the Buccaneers win a close on to the Jets, but it was by far their best performance, the Jets, as we've said, lost, the Colts, even though losing, they gave last week's 3rd seed a tough time, and finally, the Chargers, who lost to Jacksonville in a close game. Now, let's finish this off with the final seeds.

th Rank: Cincinnati Bengals (-2)

th Rank: Denver Broncos (-2)

th Rank: San Francisco 49ers (+3)

th Rank: Chicago Bears (-2)

th Rank: Miami Dolphins (-2)

th Rank: Arizona Cardinals (-5)

st Rank: Cleveland Browns (--)

nd Rank: New York Giants (--)

As we round off our final seeds, we begin with the Bengals, who lost to Tennessee this week. We don't blame the Broncos for losing, as we saw that one coming if Brock Osweiler was throwing footballs for Denver. The 49ers got their first win against the Giants -- too LATE for that buddies. The Bears lost to the Packers, the Dolphins got destroyed by the Panthers, the Cardinals lose to Seattle after letting Russell throw a 50+ pass to Doug Baldwin when 3 Cardinal defensive lineman were rushing him? Finally, the Browns and Giants stay at their designated seats.

So, there you have it folks, Week Ten. We see the 49ers getting their first win -- congrats to them for that. But, you know, as we've said at the beginning of the post, now is the time for many teams to make that dreaded decision, stick for it, or ruin it for others. Sadly, for the 49ers, it's too late, and they don't have an option, really. Look out for teams between the 14-23 ranks making those decisions and observe their affect next week.
